You can track your parcel with consignment note number at : www.airpak-express.com.
For any inquiries on product orders/parcel with consignment note tracking, customer can either :
i) Contact office at 603-3291 6113 (Monday - Friday, 9.00 - 6.00 pm)

- Airpak is unable to cover the following address : Felda area, Kampung Pendalaman, P.O.Box address
*For areas above, customer will be informed to meet at center handover domestics or self collect.
- Please note that some Remote & Others areas may not receive parcels on the second day; it will take minimum 3 days time for delivery.
**Shipment to Kelantan and Terengganu : Government Office closed on Friday & Saturday. Airpak Office closed on Friday & Saturday.
**Shipment to Johor Bahru : Government Office closed on Friday & Saturday
Airpak Office Hour : Saturday (half day) and closed on Sunday.
- We do not charge GST for Singapore orders but 36% surcharge applies for fuel and handling charge.
- We will ship out orders within 3 - 5 working days after receiving order confirmation email.
- Prices for Bio-Mate online products are inclusive of 6% GST.
